Terms and Conditions for Spiritual Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or engaging with any spiritual service provided by Savvy Sadity Sol Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our services, you (“the Client”) agree to the following:

Our services include but are not limited to spiritual readings, intuitive guidance, energy healing, Akashic record readings, astrological consultations, coaching, rituals, or other metaphysical offerings. These are for personal insight, spiritual growth, and entertainment purposes only.

We do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical, mental, emotional, or legal condition. Spiritual services are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

2. Client Responsibility

By purchasing or engaging in any service, the Client affirms that they are:

• At least 18 years old.

• Fully aware that outcomes may vary and no specific results are guaranteed.

• Choosing to participate voluntarily and with an open mind.

The Client understands that personal interpretation plays a role and is responsible for their own decisions following the service.

3. Payment Policy

• All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.

• We accept payment through approved methods as listed on our booking or checkout system.

• Appointments will not be confirmed until payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice via email or through the designated rescheduling link (if available).

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be forfeited without refund.

5. Strict No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized, time-sensitive, and energetic nature of our spiritual services, all sales are final.

This means:

• No refunds will be issued once a service has been booked or rendered, regardless of your satisfaction with the outcome.

• Missed appointments, lateness, dissatisfaction, or change of mind do not qualify for a refund or credit.

We appreciate your understanding that these services require energetic preparation and dedication before and during the session.

All client information and session content is kept confidential unless:

All content, materials, and written or recorded guidance shared during services are the intellectual property of Savvy Sadity Sol Co and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion, especially if disrespectful behavior, dishonesty, or boundary violations occur. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
